Our private, semi private and small group classes are taught by an instructor with national certification to teach bone health classes. Learn how to safely incorporate Pilates exercise into a fitness program that challenges you with effective movement for bone and overall health! Develop core strength, improve balance, posture and relieve tension, and learn functional movement for fall prevention and feeling great! Specific exercise will focus on spinal decompression and alignment – and of course we will work abs, glutes, thighs, arms and back. Bone is alive and continuously changing, and research shows that proper weight bearing exercise can stop or slow the progression of bone loss, and in some cases reverse it.
