We are never too young or too old to start working on active aging. Our private, semi private and group classes focus on active aging, so you can keep doing the things you enjoy and feel great! Strengthen your core with emphasis on balance, posture, healthy gait, and fall prevention. Strength and flexibility are not enough – the key to active aging is our unique dynamic stabilization training. Turn-on muscular and fascial partnerships to provide stability in movement, and learn how to take Pilates principles out of class for improved everyday functioning.
