Golf and tennis have repetitive movement on a dominant side that can create uneven muscle development and make one more prone to aches and injuries. Develop a strong core, healthy rotational movement pattens, balanced strength on both sides of your body and turn on the smaller stabilizer muscles that support the shoulders and back – to improve your performance and feel great!
Athletic Performance: Runners
Our private, semi private and group full-body classes emphasize specific exercises and movement patterns to improve your gait and help prevent injuries or relieve existing ones. Runner’s repetitive movement can place strain on hips, knees, ankles and feet. Runner’s knee and joint pain can be prevented or relieved with pelvic stability training and healthy movement patterns that don’t strain the IT band, knees or ankles. Running emphasizes training in the sagittal plane (back & forth movement) – this class will complement this strength with work in the transverse (rotational) and frontal (lateral) planes to release tightness and develop balanced strength on all sides of your body for strong, healthy gait patterns.
